The teenager, from New Jersey, now faces charges of reckless endangerment and criminal tresspassing, CBS New York reports. A photo on his Instagram page sees him dangling from the structure above Central Park.
In 2014 Casquejo was given a slap on the wrist after he climbed One World Trade Center. He was sentenced to 23 days of community service but now he could receive a tougher sentence.
